- External doors
- Window frames
- Radiators
- Kitchen/bathroom tiles
- Kitchen/bathroom floor
- Kitchen cupboards
DO NOT - damage fixtures and fittings
DO NOT - remove internal doors
DO NOT - lay laminate in first floor flats
DO NOT - make alterations to the loft hatch
DO NOT - board the loft to use for storage
DO NOT - add hooks or house numbers on composite doors
DO NOT - alter the boundary of the property
DO NOT - park a vehicle on an unauthorised hardstanding/grassed area.
