We want all customers to be safe and happy in their home.  Nuisance and anti social behaviour can cause stress and illness.

Before you carry out alterations or improvements to your home, you must obtain written permission from us.

You can now complete an online form to request permission and a member of our Neighbourhood Team will contact you.

Derbyshire Low Level Support Service

This service empowers adults to maintain independence and well-being at home by:

• Offering general advice and guidance, including housing issues
• Supporting adults to develop community networks, including signposting
• Identifying services & groups that may prevent an adult's support needs from becoming more serious
• One to one support to increase confidence and resilience.

The service operates across: Amber Valley, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash, High Peak, North East Derbyshire and South Derbyshire.

The service is delivered in partnership with Citizen's Advice Mid Mercia (CAMM), South Derbyshire CVS (SDCVS) and Revival.
