It is important that you allow us access to your home to maintain and service your heating appliances. The annual service is a legal requirement and failure to allow us access to your home to carry out the service is a breach of your Tenancy Agreement.
We will send you a letter with a first appointment date. If the appointment is not convenient for you, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Contact Centre on 01246 217670 or emailing us at compliance@rykneldhomes.org.uk.
We may be able to offer appointments outside of our core working hours, such as Saturday visits and appointments up to 5pm, depending on availability.
