Your Scrutiny Team monitors and scrutinises our performance. They have an annual work plan which is approved by the Rykneld Homes Board. The results of the scrutiny carried out by the panel are formally reported to the Board and the recommendations used to improve the services we deliver.
Vacancies to the Panel are advertised in our Your Rykneld newsletter. We are currently looking for new members to join Your Scrutiny Team.
We recognise that YOU, our customers, are the experts! Tenant Inspectors help to ensure that the properties and services managed by Rykneld Homes are of the highest possible standard and meet the needs of our customers and service users.
We send out our Your Rykneld newsletter four times a year. It includes a range of information to keep you up to date on what we are doing and how well we are performing. We sometimes include inserts about forthcoming events and things that are going on in your local area.
We always welcome comments about the content of this newsletter or why not submit an article yourself?
You can also request to receive the newsletter in other formats such as Braille, large print, audio CD or translated into your language.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work with Rykneld Homes and help deliver first class services to our customers.
Our Operational Board is made up of customers and residents who work with us for the benefit of everyone. They are responsible for looking at the performance and policies of Rykneld Homes. Their findings are reported to the main Board and are an important part of helping us to maintain high standards.
Putting customers at the heart of our service delivery has always been a top priority for us.
Our award-winning tenant involvement work has helped us to achieve excellent satisfaction ratings for the services we provide, and we are always looking for new ways to ensure the customer voice continues to be heard when developing our services.
Members receive a financial allowance for their work.
Our Editorial Panel look at newsletters, leaflets, handbooks, letters and other documents to ensure that they are interesting and easy for customers to read and understand. Most of the documents can be emailed or posted out so involvement in this group can be done from home. There may be occasions when we invite the group to attend meetings though.
If you would like to find out more about this group and how you can help to improve how we communicate with customers, please get in touch.

If you're interested in signing up to Rykneld Homes' Digital Involvement Group, please get in touch.
For some of the services we provide, we ask you to complete a Tenant Satisfaction Survey. This allows you to give us your views and make any comments and allows us to check the quality of the service and customer care we are providing.
You can also let us know what you think using our online Compliments, Comments and Complaints form.
Our website is packed with information about our services and can be accessed 24-hours a day to pay your rent, view your rent account balance, submit an enquiry or view a range of information relating to your tenancy, finances, housing, estate issues and forthcoming events.
We are keen to develop our website and would love to hear your views on how we could improve it. Contact us with your ideas by using our online form.
