If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re giving 5 communities in North East Derbyshire the opportunity to enhance their local spaces through our ‘Green Grants’, funded by Efficiency East Midlands (EEM). Each community will be chosen by Rykneld Homes customers and will have the chance to spend up to £1,000 on initiatives to improve the look and feel of their local area.

If you are interested and have ideas for how your community can benefit, we want to hear from you. Please complete the form at the bottom of this page tell us about your ideas.

The submissions will be judged by a panel of Rykneld Homes customers. Our Community Involvement Team will then work with the local community to turn your ideas to reality.

The deadline for submissions is 30 November 2024. Ideas can be submitted by individuals, on behalf of local community groups, or even informal groups of local families or friends.

We’re looking forward to working together to enhance our local neighbourhoods!

Green Grants

Be as specific as possible – the more detail you can provide, the better we can understand what it will look like.
For example improving mental wellbeing or habitat creation.
This is not a must, but including the community is always beneficial to making a project succeed.
