John has wide experience of the social housing sector and currently works as a Financial Director for one of the largest developments and regeneration companies in the UK which manages more than 182,000 homes.

As an Independent member he brings to the Board experience of establishing and managing a number of public, private partnerships and investment funds delivering regeneration projects across the country.
