In a career spanning both the commercial and industrial sectors, Wayne brings extensive experience of risk management, governance and the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) to the Board.

His expertise will be a valuable addition to the company as it extends into new business ventures to increase housing choice in the district.

He believes Rykneld Homes has an important role to play in supporting the Council to deliver good quality social housing designed to meet the needs of residents.
