Our Process
- An accident/injury is reported to our Contact Centre
- Our advisor completes the appropriate form
- The form is passed to our Health and Safety Manager, Neighbourhood Manager, Lead Surveyor and Asset Investment Team
- The form is reviewed and a visit is arranged
- A plan is put together to address any necessary repairs.
