We have been informed of a recent incident where someone has attended a property claiming to be from Rykneld Homes.
The customer involved did the right thing and asked to see an ID badge. The visitor then left and the customer called us to let us know.
We would like to remind customers to remain vigilant against scam doorstep callers and not to allow anyone access to their home without seeing a valid ID badge.
Our operatives and contractors never ask for money for completing work so please do not handover any money.
