We have been informed of a potential scam in the District where an individual in an unmarked van is visiting properties offering free goods on behalf of Rykneld Homes.
The customer did the right thing and asked to see an ID badge. The visitor then left and the customer called us to let us know.
We would like to remind customers to remain vigilant against scam callers and not to allow anyone access to their home without seeing a valid ID badge. If you have any doubts about their identity, please call us on 01246 217670.
