We have been alerted to a potential scam regarding works required to a customer's their home as part of a government initiative.
A customer received a call from a mobile phone number which we believe is a scam.
We would like to remind customers to remain vigilant against scam callers and not to give out any personal details over the telephone.
If someone visits your home to carry out works, please ensure you check their ID before you allow them access to your home and if you have any doubts about their identity, please call us on 01246 217670.
