We have been alerted to a potential scam.
A customer received a call from someone claiming to be from the Rents Team at Rykneld Homes.
The customer suspected something wasn't right and ended the call before calling us to check.
We would like to encourage all customers to remain vigilant against scam callers and not to give out any personal details over the telephone.
