During February half term, we hosted a pizza party at Eckington Civic Centre.
50 children (with their 30 adults and 7 volunteers) made pizzas from scratch along with salad then for pudding, fruit salad with ice cream. It was a great session!
Whilst the food was cooking, the children took part in a pizza craft competition with the winners receiving drinking bottles and special boxed books with teddies.
All children were given a “I am unique” story book and Eckington Community Pantry provided lots of free food for the families to take home.
