Service Standards Consultation

Customer care is at the heart of Rykneld Homes.  We pride ourselves on delivering high quality services and aim to get things right first time.

Our commitment to customer care is set out in our Service Standards which state what you can expect from us, such as listening to your views and involving you in service development.

We are now reviewing our standards to make sure they meet your expectations and we want to give you a chance to have your say on what good customer care should look like in the future at Rykneld Homes.  The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and we look forward to receiving your views.
