If you are homeless, or are threatened with becoming homeless in the next 56 days or need advice about your housing options in general, contact the North East Derbyshire District Council’s Homelessness Team on Tel: 01246 231111

The team can also provide advice on staying in your home, for example, if you are having financial or relationship problems, are 16/17 years of age and trying to find accommodation or are suffering from harassment, illegal eviction or domestic abuse. They can also put you in touch with other agencies who offer support and advice.

If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your rent, our Rent Collection Officer will be able to help.

If you want to apply to join the housing register, you need to complete a Housing Application Form.
