Working in Your Home
We want our customers and staff to stay as safe as possible during the on-going Covid pandemic. All repair works carried out in your home will follow Covid-secure guidelines.
That means we will:
- Ask if the customer, or anyone in the household has any symptoms
- Let the customer know that the operative will ring before arriving so that the customer is able to open the door
- Ask the customer if they can go into a different room and maintain social distancing throughout the visit
- Ask if the customer is able to wear a mask whilst our staff are in the property.
