Although the past year has been difficult as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns, we have continued to keep in touch with our involved customers on-line.
Hopefully, over the coming months we can start to return to some kind of normality – here’s a reminder of some of the ways you can work with us.
Digital Involvement Group
All you need to do to sign up to the Digital Involvement Group is provide us with your name and email address.
After signing up, we'll send periodic surveys to your email address for you to complete as and when you like.
It won't take much of your time and your views help to shape the services that we provide at Rykneld Homes.
Your Scrutiny Team
The Your Scrutiny Team monitors and scrutinises our performance. They have an annual work plan which is approved by the Rykneld Homes Board. The results of the scrutiny carried out by the panel are formally reported to the Board and the recommendations used to improve the services we deliver.

The Involved Tenants Group looks at all areas of Rykneld Homes including:
You don’t need to be an expert in any of the above topics - you just need to be able to help us identify what we're doing well, and where we may be able to improve. The knowledge and experience of tenants and residents is invaluable to us and we are always keen to have more people on board.
